Why it's free

Yoga changed how I move, breathe, and show up in the world — and I believe that kind of access should not depend on what you can afford. These classes stay free so neighbours can discover practice without pressure or paywalls.

The City of Montreal provides the space. I show up with my time and energy — no one pays me to teach. It's simply my way of sharing what practice has given me, and building something lasting together outdoors.

These classes are offered entirely on a volunteer basis — if they have added value to your life, there are a few ways to support the practice.

Meet Neha

Neha teaches yoga and wellness with a calm, practical voice — blending mindful movement, breath, and community care for students across Montreal and online.

Whether you are stepping on the mat for the first time or returning after a busy season, the invitation is the same: breathe deeply, move kindly, and let the practice meet you where you are.

“It's been a pleasure practicing together — calm guidance, thoughtful pacing, and a warm group energy every time.”

— Community member, Montreal
