Yoga & Wellness with Neha

About me

Hi, I'm Neha.

I work in tech, that means a huge amount of my time goes tied to my desk coding, strategizing and building stuff. Outside of work, I've always been passionate about health, movement, and helping people live healthier lives.

Like many people, I was initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits. Over time, I discovered that yoga is much more than stretching or exercise. It is a practice that brings the mind and body into greater balance, helping us move better, breathe better, and become more aware of ourselves.

Wanting to deepen my understanding, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at a traditional beach ashram in India. Since then, I've continued studying yoga philosophy, breathwork, meditation, and the principles of Ayurveda to better understand how movement, lifestyle, and daily habits influence our well-being.

Today, I combine my background in technology with my passion for health and yoga. My approach is practical, structured, and easy to apply. I believe wellness shouldn't be overwhelming or one-size-fits-all. Instead, it should help you better understand your own body so you can make informed decisions that support your long-term health.

Whether you want to improve flexibility, build strength, reduce stress, increase mobility, or simply create healthier habits, my goal is to provide simple, practical tools that fit into everyday life.

My Philosophy

Every body is unique.

We all respond differently to movement, food, sleep, stress, and daily routines. The better we understand these patterns, the easier it becomes to make choices that support our health.

That's why I created the Body Constitution Assessment. Inspired by Ayurvedic principles, it helps you understand your body's natural tendencies and provides personalized recommendations, including yoga poses, yoga sequences, breathwork, lifestyle guidance, and wellness practices that support greater mind-body balance.

My goal isn't to tell you what your body should be.

It's to help you understand the body you already have.

Building a Healthier Community

I believe yoga should be welcoming, inclusive, and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or fitness level.

Through community classes, educational resources, personalized assessments, and ongoing learning, my hope is to make traditional yoga and timeless wellness practices easier to understand and apply in modern life.

Whether you're stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or returning after years away, I'm grateful to be part of your journey.

I hope this website gives you the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools to help you move better, feel better, and live with greater balance.
