Free Outdoor Yoga
Come join me on the mat. Throughout these sessions, we combine breathing exercises, movement, and stillness, to break a sweat, build endurance, and feel more aligned. Show up as you are. You don't need perfect poses or fancy movements. Don't push yourself too hard, don't hurt yourself, and do your best.

Where we practice
We meet on an open-air platform right on the St. Laurent River, covered enough that weather won't cancel us, open enough that you'll catch the breeze off the water and the trees, and hear the sweet sounds of the birds chirping. It's outdoors and real, so expect a little dust with your downward dog. Surrounded by green, by the river, not a studio, and that's the point.
How to prepare
- Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
- Wear comfortable, loose, stretchy clothing
- Eat a light snack at least an hour beforehand
- Keep your phone on silent to embrace your “you time”
What to Bring
- A yoga mat
- Water bottle
- A yoga strap (or a long scarf for stretching at the end)
- A little cloth or towel (to put on the mat for Shavasana at the end)
- Sunscreen
- An open mind and a willing heart
What to Expect
Each session blends mindful breathwork with energizing postures and calming stretches. Classes are designed to build core strength, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Don't push yourself too hard, don't be shy and do as much as you can. The goal is not elegant perfect postures. The goal is alignment of mind and body slowly with each breath and movement.
Mind + Body Benefits
Yoga isn't just about movement, it's a practice that nurtures your whole self. Regular sessions can reduce stress, sharpen focus, boost emotional clarity, support digestion, and even help balance metabolism. It's your time to recharge from the inside out.
